Remember-lings helps you turn past message chats into meaningful memories. You upload exported chat files, choose how you want summaries created, and Remember-lings generates AI-powered reflections you can revisit over time.

2. Why would I want chat memories?

Some of our most meaningful moments live in messages — but they're hard to revisit as time passes.

People use Remember-lings to:

• Reflect on close relationships where most communication happened through chat
• Capture memories from family or friend group conversations
• Preserve conversations with someone they cared deeply about, especially if that person has passed

Remember-lings helps turn long chat histories into something readable, structured, and lasting.

3. Do you read my messages?

No.

All processing is automated. No one at Remember-lings manually reads or reviews your chats.

4. How is my data used?

Your uploaded data is used only to:

• Clean and structure your chat files
• Create summaries based on your preferences
• Let you view and manage your personal summary history

Nothing else.

5. Is my data used to train AI models?

No.

Remember-lings uses AI through an enterprise OpenAI API where data is not used to train public models.

6. Who owns my chats and summaries?

You do. Always.

You retain full ownership of both your uploaded chats and any summaries created from them.

7. Can I export my summary history?

Yes — at any time.

You can export your summary history from your Account Settings page. Select one or more conversations, request an export, and you'll receive an email with a secure download link. Export files are provided in JSON format and download links expire after 7 days.

This gives you full control over your data and allows you to keep a local copy of your summaries.

8. Can I delete my data?

Yes — at any time.

• You can delete individual chats or summaries
• You can archive content
• You can request full account deletion, which permanently removes your data

9. Do you store my original chat files?

Chats are processed so summaries can be generated, but raw chat data is not surfaced back to users.

When you delete content or your account, your data is permanently removed from our systems.

10. Is Remember-lings safe to use?

We use modern security practices and trusted infrastructure partners to protect your data.

No online service can guarantee absolute security, but we handle your information with care and transparency.

11. Who is Remember-lings for?

Remember-lings is designed for adults, but anyone 13 or older may create an account.

Users are responsible for ensuring they have the right to upload any content they submit.
